Mike Miller

Mike Miller is the Founder and a Principal of Wild Horse Labs®, Inc. Business Accelerator with alliances, networks, and clients in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the USA. He is a business owner, angel investor, advisor, and board member, with several decades of experience in startups, small business, angel investing, and international business development. His group plans and produces events and symposiums in the USA for international start-ups and small businesses that want to meet, present, and connect to prospective agents, distributors, joint venture partners, and other resources, to help them enter markets here. 

During his 15+ years as a management consultant, he has worked with small businesses up to Fortune 50 corporations.  He assesses their current business performance, then facilitates strategic planning sessions, leadership development programs, helps design programs for growth, then leads cross functional teams to achieve desired results.

He advises and coaches governments, universities, and other organizations how to plan and launch business incubators and accelerators. He has advised business accelerators in Los Angeles, CA, Seoul, South Korea, Guangzhou, China, and Accra, Ghana, how to improve their performance and expand internationally.

He is a mentor and demo day judge for Founders Boost (, a global tech startup pre-accelerator.  Mike is an Entrepreneur in Residence for Loyola Marymount University’s nationally ranked entrepreneur program in Los Angeles, CA.

Mike helps design and teach programs for entrepreneurs and is an instructor for Kookmin University’s Global Entrepreneur Bootcamp in Seoul, Korea, the Tianhe Talent Base in Guangzhou, China, and the Young African Leaders Initiative in Accra, Ghana.

He earned a MBA from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, CA and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA. He is certified in Leadership & Management Assessment and Development by the Center for Creative Leadership, Greensboro, NC.

He has been a speaker or panelist during international symposiums in Africa, China, Mexico, South Korea, Spain, and Sweden.


NJ Hahn

NJ Hahn

NJ Hahn was born in Seoul, South Korea and later educated in Governors Academy in MA and Davidson College in NC. Upon graduating, he worked in Korea helping companies such as Samsung and LG electronics visiting their headquarters around the world to develop marketing strategies especially for mobile and home appliance divisions. He served in US Navy Reserve from 2011 to 2018 as an avionics and IT technician.

Since 2009, he has been in Los Angeles area working for real estate investment companies and Korean companies meet with their US counterparts alongside with various Korean government agencies such as KOTRA branch in America for trade and investment promotion purposes.

NJ found Asia Trade Partner, LLC in 2013 and later amended the name to PDG Development West, LLC. Over the 10 years, he served more than 1,000 Korean government officials and top executives through meetings and in search of buyers and/or partners. Over 70% of his clients including small to medium size Korean companies have now entered the US market due to his efforts.

During the recent pandemic, he quickly sourced PPEs from Korea and distributed over $5M worth of items such as KF94 masks and COVID19 test kits.

Arie Shen

Arie has created a successful and diverse career, leveraging business opportunities and growing companies. His projects and sales experience have spanned the Americas and EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa). As an expert in business development where research and networking are equally important, his leadership leads to sales growth, JV, strategic partnerships, investments, and exposure.

Arie’s international background, experience, and training have successfully guided a broad range of companies, including B2B, B2C, and nonprofit organizations. He is passionate about management in all its aspects: social, psychological, process, leadership (both inward and outward facing), employees, and org. functional hierarchy.

However, most important is the validated and measured results. Arie can produce meaningful and fast results.

Arie has developed a rich career in managing company ecosystems with suppliers, VARS, customers, advocates, and regulators. His business development skills and sales acumen allow him to identify emerging opportunities and negotiate unique positions for success in multiple markets, including hi-tech, biotech, green-tech, and consumer products. His technical skills, operational management, and creative thinking address employer needs in operations, supply chain issues, marketing, and sales.

During more than a decade as an executive manager for publicly traded companies, Arie has managed technical professional services and ran P&L operations with sales responsibility. He has operated in many Fortune 1000 sectors, local and federal governments, and businesses in the insurance, manufacturing, aerospace, financial, healthcare, sales and marketing, distribution, and retail arenas.

His education background includes IAF Pilot and Aviation course, Bar Ilan U. Accounting and economics, UCI Information and computer science, math and management, and UCI MBA.

Terry Gubatan

A native of Los Angeles, he married to my high school sweetheart 27 years later. They live in a 100 yr old Victorian house in Echo Park and they have two daughters and three grandchildren. He’s committed to local community efforts as a past President of Historic Filipinotown Rotary and I enjoys music and art. He’s a graduate of University of Phoenix, Silicon Valley in Business Administration. He served 2 decades in sales management staffing & opening stores for major retail organizations. He later moved his career in finance and have spent 15 years working with various products of financing for small business. Currently he has served the last 10 years with Vermont Slauson Economic Development Corp that operates the City of Los Angeles Business Source program supporting small business owners with coaching, technical assistance, access to capital and expansion. He supports small businesses with legal, accounting, marketing and digital strategies. Terry considers this purpose driven work creating jobs in an underserve market.
